A Little About Me...
Hello, I'm Bri, and I have dedicated nearly 15 years to the field of mental health across various impactful settings such as hospitals, military, private practice, and even foreign countries and embassies. My extensive experience has shaped my focus on trauma, particularly combat trauma, caregiver trauma, and First Responder/LEO trauma.
Through my global experiences, I have witnessed the transformative power of therapy and the importance of tailored approaches for each individual. My goal is to guide clients towards progress and renewed perspectives, especially for those who may have felt disheartened by past experiences in therapy.
On a personal note, I have a deep passion for self-care and believe it is essential for both myself and my clients. I find solace and rejuvenation in the great outdoors, whether it's hiking in the mountains, camping, or enjoying time on the water. I also offer Walk & Talk therapy as a unique way to reset and recharge during our sessions.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I enjoy staying active through sports like soccer, snowboarding, horseback riding, and even rodeo. Balancing these activities with quality time with my pets and chasing after my energetic toddler keeps me grounded and ready to provide the best support to those I work with.
I am excited to meet you and explore how therapy can be a positive and transformative experience, offering support in the most rewarding ways. Let's embark on this journey together towards healing and growth.
